Welcome to Liquid Fibre TechCelerate

Our initiative is designed to support the rollout of an optic fibre network across the Eastern Cape, advancing the province towards full digitization. In partnership with Liquid Intelligent Technologies (Liquid), the Cortex Hub is committed to empowering small, medium, and micro enterprises (SMMEs) through comprehensive enterprise and supplier development and  training and development.

Building strong networks and fostering community engagement is vital for business sustainability and to ensure smooth implementation of the projects implemented in various communities. Participants learn effective stakeholder management and  community outreach techniques.
